Aurora Borealis

This is Borealis, demi-goddess of dreams and sister to =pagedrillgirl's Flare [link] She is a corgi/husky mix.

I adore her! I really had a lot of trouble deciding on her design, but I really like how this turned out. The blue parts glow at night to illuminate her way through the darkness of Serenity as she takes care of the dreams that the creatures create. I also decided to give her little spiderweb wings because well, not all dreams are good dreams. She is never seen without a dreamcatcher tied to her somewhere on her body. Whether it be on her paw, her waist, or her neck, there is always one somewhere.

I will be making a refrence sheet for her soon (if not the next thing I draw). I really wanted to try and create a "floaty" pose like the way =pagedrillgirl does in a lot of her pictures, and I needed to work on my canine anatomy anyways, so I decided to try a difficult one. For some reason I love how floofy her back legs turned out!
